Working out consistently is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. My sister and co-editor of this blog and for The Fit Fotographer, Nicole, seemed to have it all figured out as far as a workout schedule is concerned. Her weight loss journey over the last two years has inspired me to get healthy, however, I am having a harder time than what I thought I would. Working Out When You Can’t Workout

So I am terrible when it comes to working out. I start and then I stop, and its like an endless cycle until I just stop all together. Being with my children 24/7 doesn’t make it easier either. So I took a cue from my sister’s post over at her Fit Fotograper blog and decided that when its our family movie time, I would get in at least a little workout, and gradually get in, where I can fit in from there!
