There’s nothing worse than wanting to exercise, but not really wanting to. You know what I mean, you’ve psyched yourself up, you even got dressed, but then it’s kind of like eh.
The lazy bug hit.
Well whether you are someone who is just starting to exercise or a fitness junkie who is just having one of those days, here are workouts that will help keep you on the right the track.
No Equipment Full Body
The Fit Fotographer (Nicole) has an awesome website, full of great workouts. What I love most is that she has documented her weight loss journey over the last few years and has lost over 70lbs! How awesome is that! These work outs requirement no equipment and are perfect if you are low on cash and can’t head to the gym or if you are just starting out. You can also follow her Pinterest board for more workouts!
You ever just want to lay down and not move? Well while you are laying there you may as well exercise a little bit. Instead of laying on the bed, grab a yoga mat (or maybe a blanket), and start exercising. This is probably the easiest thing you could ever do.
The Couch Potato
It really can’t get any easier than this. Your couch is your equipment, and really all you need is a few minutes to get this done. A few sets of these and you’ll probably be feeling like you just hit the gym. This workout is great if you are in on a Saturday night and don’t have anything to do.
This is one workout that will definitely have you feeling the burn. Make sure you stretch before doing any exercises. The last thing you want to do is pull a muscle or worse.
Yoga and my bed, my two favorite things in the world. And now they have combined to bring me the ultimate joy. Yoga first thing in the morning and right before bed, bring the utmost relaxation. These poses are perfect for when you are trying to start your day or even unwinding. The best part: you don’t even have to move out of the bed.
