50 Affirmations to Make It Through The Holidays

There is a fine line between being positive and toxic positivity. Creating a positive attitude when dealing with the hard parts of life is not easy. Maintaining a positive attitude during the holiday season, especially if you have toxic family members can take a toll on you in ways most people can’t imagine.

While I am not an advocate for subjecting oneself to toxic families, I understand that not everyone is able to avoid these social situations. So it is my hope that this post, will give you a few phrases to repeat to yourself, multiply your happiness and keep the season bright. Even when some of the moments may not be.

This isn’t restricted to just dealing with family. These affirmations are great reminders for anyone who struggles with the holidays in general. Here is the hope that you will align your thinking with a little optimism.
