Since our last child four years ago, the market has changed in major leaps and bounds when it comes to baby products. Some of the items are brand new, while others are just fun and functional twists on items that were already on the market.
Early in my pregnancy, I made a ridiculously long list of items that I wanted to purchase and try. However, as the months have gone on, the list has dwindled, and rightfully so.
However, there are still a few items that I have that I more than excited to try, and still even more that I need to pick up.
Because I have quite a few products that I have that I want to feature, this post will be broken into several different posts. You can check out the first one on breastfeeding products I can’t wait to try.
Binxy Baby
One product that I am excited to test out this the Binxy Baby Shopping Cart Hammock. As someone with four kids already, one who needs to be in the cart; I can imagine once the baby comes it will be extremely difficult to grocery shop on my on. There is no way I can have my 3 years old in the front seat, a car seat in the back and still try to get groceries in one cart!
Binxy Baby is a hammock that fits most standard grocery store carts (as well as Target *wink, wink*), and can even support a car seat up to 50lbs; which is great for smaller babies. Typically though, it is used for babies at least 6-8 months until they can sit up on their own.
Because I know that I will have to hop back into my routine relatively quickly after the baby is born, I am anticipating using this sooner rather than later with baby Cinco!
I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion.
Dockatot
This is one product that I am over the moon ecstatic about! I have co-slept with all of my kids early on, and also baby wore them. However, this time, because I anticipate a fuller plate, I know that the Dockatot will come in handy when I need to put the baby in a safe place so that I can do other things. Plus she and I can nap together, with no worries. With this being a multi-functional lounger as well as playtime lounger and co-sleeper, I am already 100% in love with the versatility of it, and I haven’t even used it yet!
The Dockatot comes in two sizes: I have the Deluxe which is for babies 0-8 months, and the Grand for older babies/toddlers age 9-36 months. Each Dockatot is handmade in Europe and is OEKO-Tex certified for moms like me who are super neurotic about checking on their baby product certs!
The Dockatot does come in a variety of prints, we chose the La Vie En Rose because I love how absolutely beautiful it is! You can also choose to purchase additional covers as well (which I highly recommend), for when it needs to be washed. Another cool feature of the Dockatot is that you can also add a toy bar to it for baby’s playtime!
I recieved this product in exhange for my honest opinion.
Natemia Wooden Brush & Comb Set
So this isn’t anything new, however, it has been all the rage over YouTube and Instagram and I was curious as to what the fuss was about! The natemia set can be found on Amazon for under $20, and is a great twist on a product that most of us purchase for our babies! I love the simple, yet classic look of this set. And the bristle brush is made from natural goat hairs and is ridiculously soft!
