For the last several weeks I have been traveling to various press events and conferences, with only short days at home in between.
This meant that when I finally made it home for good (at least until July), that I needed some time to decompress.
One of my favorite ways to do this is with my very own “mommy time-out” and a hot cup of Twinings Tea. Because traveling puts such wear and tear on my body, it’s important to me that I am able to reset my mind, body, and spirit.
Being able to just enjoy a few moments of silence in the midst of all of the chaos of kids, husband, and unpacking is really all I need. For me, there is no better way to get rid of all of that stress.
An extra added bonus is that since I gave up caffeine several months ago, Twinings herbal tea is the perfect drink since it’s caffeine free. This means this southern girl still gets to enjoy all of the benefits of tea, without the sugar!
For more than 300 years, Twinings of London has been providing quality teas. With the finest ingredients sourced from all over the world, each unique blend expertly crafted by a team of master blenders to provide the perfect balance of taste, flavor, and aroma.
I love that there are over 17 different herbal blends for me to try out, this way I choose which tea is perfect for the mood I am in. I can enhance and recharge easily, knowing that I have the perfect cup of tea nearby.
After a long flight, Buttermint is my go-to. With a wonderfully creamy, peppermint aroma, it’s the ideal way for me to unwind, as it helps to awaken the senses; which quickly helps me to get over my extreme jet lag!
Two of my other favorite flavors include Lemon Delight & Berry Fusion. Lemon Delight features ingredients expertly hand-selected from Paraguay, Senegal, and Europe. And you are a morning person, this is a great way to start out the day.
Berry Fusion is blended together with rosehips, hibiscus, orange and blackberry leaves, this one-of-a-kind tea starts with ingredients expertly selected from Europe, South America, and Egypt.
