How We Are Kicking Wellness into High Gear This Fall with CATALO

October 18, 2018 in Health & Wellness

This is a sponsored post in partnership with CATALO and The Motherhood.

I have four very active kids that range in age from 4-14 years old. This means that I am always on the go and doing something no matter how much I may want to take a moment and just sit down!

Because the kids also have a variety of commitments, I know that this means I have to do everything possible to help stimulate their growth and development as much as I can.

There is no slowing down in our family, and much as I want them to be active and stimulated physically, there are other parts of their development that I want and need to make sure that is taken care of as well; such as eye health, and brain development. With school starting back, fall has been the perfect time for us to kick their overall wellness into high gear!

With the weather also beginning to change we wanted to make sure we are doing all we can to not only enjoy the beautiful fall weather but to keep our kids in tip-top shape!

Choosing to use supplements with the kids, was a conversation my husband and I went back and forth about for a few months. We wanted to ensure that whatever product we used didn’t contain a bunch of chemicals of synthetic additives.

The choice to use CATALO

Over the last several months we have been using CATALO Children’s DHA products with all four of our kids. What I love most about CATALO is that they cater to individual nutritional needs through a wide spectrum of products made with premium ingredients.

This means while my 14 years old can use CATALO Eye Health Formula, the other kids are able to use the Children’s DHA Algae DHA + Omega-3 Gummies. There are products meet nutrition needs at every stage of life, which is a major plus when you have kids at various ages and stages.

Keep reading to check out our favorite CATALO products!

CATALO Children’s DHA IQ Fish Formula (Lutein Added)

For my older children, we have been using CATALO Children’s DHA IQ Fish Formula. My ten year old loves it because it comes in soft gels, and it doesn’t have the fish oil taste, but instead a strawberry flavor! To support brain and eye development it contains 200mg DHA per serving.

CATALO Children’s DHA Formula

The orange flavored chewable soft gel is easy to be chewed and swallowed or pierced to consume with food or drinks. So if your kids have trouble wanting to chew or swallow, this is a great choice!

CATALO Children’s Algae DHA + Omega-3 Vegetarian Gummies

For my younger children, this is our go-to formula. This vegetarian formula is made with life’s DHA™ vegetarian algae DHA and chia seeds to increase essential fatty acids intake. Like the DHA IQ Fish Formula there is no fishy taste, but instead a lemon-orange flavor!

Have you considered supplements with your kids? If so let me know in the comments!

All products are natural health supplement. Not for medical use. Shall not imply or use any word such as ‘cure, dosage, prevent,
diagnose, treat, etc.
