Keeping My Kids Strong During the Holidays!

December 5, 2018 in Health & Wellness

This post is sponsored by CATALO, however, all opinions are my own.

Maintaining my overall health is very important, as I have started to approach my mid to late thirties (eek!), I have needed a little extra help, especially during pregnancy. The older we get, the more our body chemistry begins to change with age. As a woman, there are plenty of things that I can do to help aid in my own health. One of those is to introduce supplements such as iron that has been depleted by age, stress, pregnancy, and the demands of managing family and home.

Providing my kids with a high quality and varied diet is an absolutely top priority for my husband and I. But even I know that there are moments where it helps to give them a much-needed boost. For us, that means using supplements that can help fill in any holes in a child’s diet. Just as I did during pregnancy, and now that I am nursing, I only choose high-quality supplements for my kids.

Why we chose CATALO

Finding the right supplements to use isn’t an easy process. We want to make sure the products that we use for our children are made of the highest quality ingredients.

CATALO is a well-trusted premium brand that focuses on nutritional foods and supplements, with products across
multiple categories. Primarily with Maternal, Baby, and Children (MBC) products. Want to know more about CATALO? Here are a few facts:

  • Products meet nutrition needs at every stage of life.
  • Caters to individual nutritional needs through a variety of products
  • The brand CATALO places an emphasis on nutrition starting during the prenatal stage continuing throughout your lifespan.
  • Contains no chemicals or synthetic additives

CATALO Children’s products

CATALO has a wide range of children’s products that we use with our children.

CATALO Children’s DHA IQ Fish Formula (Lutein Added)

CATALO Children’s DHA IQ Fish Formula is our favorite formula for our teen and tween. It comes in soft gels, and it doesn’t have the fish oil taste, but instead a strawberry flavor! To support brain and eye development it contains 200mg DHA per serving.

CATALO Children’s DHA Formula

The orange flavored chewable soft gel is easy to be chewed and swallowed or pierced to consume with food or drinks. So if your kids have trouble wanting to chew or swallow, this is a great choice!

CATALO Children’s Algae DHA + Omega-3 Vegetarian Gummies

For my younger children, this is our go-to formula. This vegetarian formula is made with life’s DHA™ vegetarian algae DHA and chia seeds to increase essential fatty acids intake. Like the DHA IQ Fish Formula there is no fishy taste, but instead a lemon-orange flavor!
